This organization is a local non-profit organization providing programs for women with a breast cancer diagnosis. Along with the camisoles, BCA provides as available pillows for women to use after surgery for comfort and pain relief as well as including taking measurements when women are fitted for the camisole as part of the lymphedema program.
A major BCA program is Peer Support where the organization matches up a newly diagnosed patient with a member who has undergone a similar surgery so she can have someone to talk to about her experiences with someone who understands.
Other programs BCA offers are: a Dragon Boat team “Busting Out” for women living with a breast cancer diagnosis; an exercise program for members among others.
